Full-Time Resource Teacher – No Nights or Weekends
Schedule: Full-time | Weekdays only

The Goddard School is seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable Full-Time Resource Teacher to support classrooms throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of various ages, helping where needed, and being a steady, positive presence across the school—all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple classrooms as needed throughout the day.
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and activities.
- Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments.
- Step into classrooms to support ratios, breaks, and coverage.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Follow school policies and state licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to complete required training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet background check requirements.
